Teaching Assistant This is a 10-month, probationary position with a start date of 9/1/26. Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Teaching Assistant Level 1 or higher. Application Deadline: 4/15/26 Start Date: 9/1/26 Salary: Per current MMTA contract; level of education and experience will be considered. This position reports to the Building Principal. Key Responsibilities Reinforce main concepts by working with students in small groups or individually to ensure they grasp the material. Assist the lead teacher in maintaining a focused and respectful classroom culture; help supervise students during transitions, recess, or lunch. Prepare learning materials, set up equipment (like lab supplies or audio-visual tools), and organize the physical classroom space. Provide student supervision as assigned.
