We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Counselor to implement a comprehensive school counseling program that supports student success. The ideal candidate will address the academic, career, and social-emotional developmental needs of all students, serving as a vital member of the school's educational team and a consultant to educators and families. The ideal candidate will:Have a strong understanding of restorative practicesUse developmentally appropriate strategies to promote student engagement Possess strong verbal and written communication skillsBuild positive relationships with colleaguesPromote family engagement whenever possible
