The Malverne School District is seeking an outstanding educator with strong administrative and management skills who can contribute as a productive member of the Middle School Principal’s Leadership Team. Areas of major responsibility include: Integration and implementation of technology solutions for educational purposes.Overseeing the use of educational software and digital learning tools.Developing and implementing technology-based instructional strategies.Analyzing and interpreting educational data to inform decision-making and improve student outcomes.Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for teachers and staff.Demonstrating expertise in creating and managing a comprehensive master schedule for the school.Managing and coordinating the administration of standardized assessments throughout the school.Implementing and enforcing behavioral policies and procedures to create a positive and safe learning environment for students.Providing instructional leadership by overseeing and evaluating the quality of teaching and learning in the school. Minimum Qualifications Include:NYS Certification as SBL or SAS5 years successful teaching experience, with administrative experience preferred. Proven instructional leadership. Ability to use technology for data analysis with application to student learning outcomes.In-depth knowledge of college placement and guidance program elements.Expertise in staff supervision and evaluation involving the APPR process.
