Position: Maintainer Location: Merrick UFSD Salary: According to the Association Contract Responsibilities: HVAC experience preferred. Knowledge of school building operating systems including heat, unit ventilators, air conditioning, commercial plumbing and electrical and other related tasks. Must be able to operate snow removal equipment. Must be able to work independently. Valid Driver’s License required. Fingerprinting and Civil Service approval required prior to being employed.
