Position Description: The successful candidate is child centered with an ability to work with students with disabilities at the secondary level. Strong communication skills and prior experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to implement behavior intervention plans as well as experience working with students in an integrated co teaching and special class setting preferred. Qualifications: Appropriate New York State Teaching Assistant Certification is required. This is a 10-month, 7-hour day position. Salary as per MEA contract.
