OverviewThe Maintenance Helper assists in various tasks related to facilities maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of school operations.Applicants must have experience with lawn maintenance, snow removal, and equipment; mowing, edging, pruning, etc. Must have experience operating ride-on-lawn mower, edger, leaf blower, snow blower, plow, etc.DutiesAssist in performing a variety of semi-skilled and unskilled repairs to the school buildings, such as heating, electrical, masonry, pluming, carpentry, painting, and roofing repairs.Brings tools and supplies to work area and maintains working tools and equipment. Keeps work area clean and safe.Assembles office equipment and furniture when necessary.
