Culturally Responsive Teaching: Support a "Welcoming & Affirming Environment" through student-centered learning and restorative practices. Engagement & Technology: Integrate meaningful instructional technology and explore the use of Artificial Intelligence to enhance the learning experience. Qualifications: Valid New York State Certification in English Language Arts (Grades 7-12). Strong understanding of standards-based instructional practices and cognitive engagement.
