The Hoosic Valley Central School District is seeking an educational leader to assist the building principals K-12 with administrative duties commencing on or about July 1, 2025. NYS Certification as School Administrator/Supervisor or School Building Leader, a minimum of five years of NYS teaching experience, as well as administrative experience, is preferred. Must possess knowledge of best instructional practices, the NYS Learning Standards, MTSS, DASA, de-escalation strategies, and APPR.The Assistant Principal will share duties with the building principals, including student discipline, curriculum and instruction, school safety, daily operations of a school, communications, scheduling, supervision/evaluation of faculty and staff, supervision of student activities, visibility to the community, and other duties as assigned.Interested individuals are encouraged to apply through OLAS and include a letter of interest, resume, certification, transcripts, and letters of recommendation.A competitive salary commensurate with experience and an excellent benefit package will be offered.
