2024 - 2025 School Year Probationary PositionSpecial Education Teacher - 12:1:2The Let’s Get Ready Program (12:1:2) Is a program where students are first entering school with the need for more structure and support. They need some extra time in getting ready for kindergarten or independent learning.Students will follow their grade level curriculum with modifications as needed.The successful candidate will be able to individualize learning in small groups, 1:1 with multisensory approach to learning.Manu types of curriculum are utilized in the classroom to support students. Classrooms do have support of a behaviorist and social worker to address the behavioral needs of the students. NYS Special Education Certification is required.
