Greenburgh-North Castle Union Free School DistrictWe are seeking a physical therapist to work with students who present significant academic and behavioral challenges. The successful candidate will be required to provide services to students at Kaplan Academy, located in Wappingers Falls, New York. This position is a ten-month contract for the 2024-2025 academic year.Responsibilities and Qualifications:Provide appropriate mandated occupational therapy services to middle and high school students with special needsEstablish goals, develop treatment plans, and report on progress throughout the school yearProvides supervision to Physical Therapy students as needed.Records progress on all active cases in therapy, monitors therapy status, and makes appropriate recommendations as changes occur.Maintains therapy equipment and communicates supply requests to building administratorExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary teamCertifications:NYS Physical Therapy License (Required)
