Greenburgh Academy is a special education Middle and High School servicing at-risk youth. We are seeking dynamic Special Education Teachers to teach Regents bound and Alternately Assessed students; many of whom present with significant academic and behavioral challenges. We are seeking several positions including those dually certified in Special Education and ELA. The ideal candidate will be skilled in state of the art educational strategies, behavior management techniques, and experience with incorporating Social Emotional Learning within the curriculum. Greenburgh Academy is located in Yonkers, NY and is part of the NYS Teacher Retirement system.
