The Fort Plain Central School District is seeking a candidate for a full-time probationary Technology Education Teacher position at the secondary level. The candidate will be an integral part of the expansion of the Technology Education program at the Jr.-Sr. High School.Required Qualifications: Candidates should be well-versed in equipment safety and the manipulation of materials. Valid NYS certification in Technology Education or Industrial Arts is required. Salary: Per current FPTA contract; level of education and experience will be considered.This position reports to the Jr./Sr. High School Principal.Responsibilities will include teaching 8th Grade Foundations of Technology courses, as well as potential high school technology elective courses.
