LOCATION: North Franklin Educational Center DUTIES: - To oversee the preparation and processing of state aid. - To oversee the preparation and processing of fiscal portions of all grants. - To oversee the coordination and supervision of financial operations for school districts in the Shared Business Office. - To oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial reports required by the Board, the Superintendent of Schools or District Superintendent, the State Education Department, the State comptroller and other agencies. - To oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly reports as required. - To supervise the preparation of the preliminary and final budget documents. - To attend Board and Committee meetings as required by the Superintendent of Schools which may be frequently during the budget season. - To perform other such duties as assigned by the Director of Finance and Business Services GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: Civil Service status as a Business Manager II (Provisional Appointment) STARTING DATE: Immediately BENEFITS: Membership in the appropriate retirement system, health insurance, sick and personal leave.
