Good knowledge of the use and care of utensils and equipment in a school cafeteria. Demonstrate ability to provide leadership, direction and support to food service worker staff. Requirements: Candidates must be eligible to meet the minimum qualifications of the Civil Service Department. Suffolk County Dep’t. of Health Food Manager’s Certificate preferred.
