General instructions are received regarding what tasks to perform, and considerable leeway is permitted for planning technical details of each assignment.Minimum QualificationsTraining and Experience1. Graduation from a vocational or trade school and One year of experience in performing general or specialized maintenance and repair tasks in buildings, and on various types of machinery, equipment, furniture, and tools.or2. Three years of satisfactory experience as outlined above.
