Charlotte Valley CSD is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an Elementary Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing strong foundational skills and have a passion for educating young students. Responsibilities include:• Planning and delivering effective and engaging lessons• Adapting lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles• Assessing and monitoring student progress• Providing timely and constructive feedback to students and their families • Creating an inclusive classroom environment • Managing classroom behavior and enforcing school policies• Effectively collaborating with colleagues • Providing opportunities to engage students outside of the classroom• Keeping accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performanceQualifications:Candidates shall possess or be on track to possess NYS teaching certification in Childhood Education 1-6.Compensation:The successful candidate will be provided a tenure track, four year probationary position. Starting salary is commensurate with experience, $50,444 $, to $68,226 plus contractual benefits. Interview Process:All candidates will engage in an initial interview with the school Principal, an interview with a school team, and a final round interview with the Superintendent. Position starting September 2, 2025. Open until filled.
