The Berlin CSD is seeking a dynamic Mathematics Teacher to work collaboratively with both their team and department. The candidate should possess the capability to demonstrate content related techniques and assess student skills in mathematics; have knowledge of NYS next generation math standards; possess strong communication & organizational skills; and have the ability to work effectively with a team.Position: 1.0 FTE Math 8 and Accelerated AlgebraJob Responsibilities: To provide Math instruction to 8th Grade students, in both traditional and co-teaching classrooms, using data driven instruction to support student needs.Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to increase student engagement.Participate actively in team meetings, content-area department meetings, and faculty meetings.Job Qualifications:7-12 Math or 5-9 Math certificationExperience co-teaching preferred Middle school experience is preferred
