The ideal candidate will bring creativity, structure, and empathy to the classroom each day. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Special Education or related field NYS Certification: Students with Disabilities (Birth–Grade 2 or All Grades) Experience working in early childhood and/or with children with special needs Strong written and verbal communication skills A love for playful, engaging learning environments Your Impact As a Preschool Special Education Teacher at ACDS Pelham, you will: Deliver individualized and group instruction using developmentally appropriate strategies Design lesson plans tailored to each student’s learning needs and goals Collaborate with teaching assistants and related service providers Track and document student progress and maintain timely reporting Work in partnership with families and school districts to support student success Contribute to CPSE meetings and IEP development Ready to Inspire, Teach, and Grow Apply today and become part of a team that believes in the power of early intervention and the potential of every child.
