ACDS Westchester is seeking an experienced and passionate preschool special education teacher to act as leave replacement to lead and instruct one of our classrooms.30 hours per week, 3+ Month Term (Leave Replacement), with options to transition to full-time.Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30am to 3:00pmWednesday 8:30am to 3:30pmFriday 8:30am to 2:30pmMinimum of a Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education AND a NYS Birth-Grade 2 Certification!Previous classroom experience required!Strong written and verbal communication skills a must!Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Feeding, diapering, toiletingInstructionCreating lesson plansLeading classroom assistantsData collectionWriting time-sensitive reportsCommunicating with parentsCommunicating with school districtsParticipating in CPSE meetings.
