Occupational Therapist (OT) — Temporary Assignment ACDS Scarsdale – Scarsdale, NY Help Little Hands Discover Big Possibilities ACDS Scarsdale is a full-day, center-based special needs preschool serving children ages 3–5 with developmental delays and disabilities. Our multidisciplinary team provides integrated educational and therapeutic services in a supportive, child-focused environment. We are seeking a NYS-licensed Occupational Therapist with pediatric experience to join our collaborative clinical team. Assignment Type: Temporary Maternity Leave Coverage (anticipated 4–5 months) Position Type: Hourly employee or Independent Contractor Pay Rate: $80 per hour Calendar: School calendar plus 6-week summer session Location: 100% onsite — no travel required Schedule: · Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Responsibilities Provide OT services in accordance with student IEPs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Complete timely documentation (session notes, progress reports, annual reviews) Collaborate with classroom staff, related service providers, and families Participate in team meetings and coordinated care planning Maintain compliance with NYS licensure and professional standards Qualifications Valid New York State Occupational Therapist license required Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy Registered NPI number Pediatric experience preferred (strong new grads welcome) Team-oriented, compassionate, and organized clinician Why ACDS Scarsdale?
