OLIVE MIDDLE SCHOOLRESPONSIVE CLASSROOM TEACHER Duties include but are not limited to: Promote a climate of trust, academic growth, and positive behavior by assisting teachers and students with addressing social emotionalconcerns, building relationships, developing communication and social skills, andsupporting and extending academics. This will be realized through both push in and pull out small group sessions throughout the school day. The RCT can provide whole group instruction on positive behaviors surrounding attendance, respect for all and healthy relationships. Additionally, the RCT can provide small group interventions for students in need during the school day.
