The Waterville Central School District serves a rural community approximately 15 minutes south of Utica, New York. The Waterville CSD consists of approximately 800 students in grades PK-12 and is seeking an outstanding candidate to fill a full-time Dean of Students for the start of the 2022-23 school year. The Dean of Students serves as a member of the district’s administrative team and assists the principals with the daily operation of the school, specifically in the areas of attendance, behavior, and disciplinary prevention and intervention strategies. The principals will collaboratively develop a shared schedule. Responsibilities are listed below. Other duties and responsibilities will be delegated by the building principals or superintendent of schools.
