We are seeking a candidate that has an: innovative, energetic, collaborative, and thoughtful approach to leadership with extensive knowledge about the Next Generation Mathematics Standards, New York State Science Learning Standards and New York State Engineering and Design Standards.ability to strengthen student achievement through analyzing performance data, recommend instructional practices to foster student growth, and provide opportunities for all students to push themselves to the next level.ability to connect effectively with all members of the school community and value their input when making decisions. Key Responsibilities: Direct the implementation of curriculum and instructional strategies that create a clear pathway for success for all students.Foster an environment that supports hands-on/minds-on learning through a variety of instructional modalities.Manage intervention plans to support struggling learners.Work collaboratively with members of the leadership team to meet district goals.Build relationships that solidify trust in the belief that all students can succeed to the best of their ability.School District Leader certification required.
