Hours: Tues – Friday -3pm – 11pm, and Saturday -8 hours, flexible scheduleLocation: DistrictwideSalary Range: $50,932 - $65,602 (Step B, 6-23)Responsibilities:Maintain the appearance and condition of school buildings by preparing, painting and finishing interior and exterior surfaces. Will be required to work weekends and school breaks to avoid disrupting school activities. Assist with seasonal tasks, such as snow removal, outdoor school event set-up/break-down and be able to perform routine landscaping duties.Qualifications:Proven experience as a painter, preferable in schools or similar environments.Strong attention to detailAbility to work independentlyFamiliarity with a variety of painting tools and materialsExperience in groundskeeping, landscaping or maintenance preferredSee civil service job description for groundskeeper and maintenance helper.
