Number of Positions: 1Location: Myers Administration Building, Saratoga, NYSalary: $41,269 - $52,419, commensurate with experienceWork Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:00pmThis position is responsible for the input and export of student related information, using student management systems, and the reproducing, analyzing and reporting of information. There is a latitude for a range of independent judgment within established guidelines and procedures. This position will have considerable contact with registration staff, administrators, and teaching staff. The incumbent does related work as required.Collects information from various school and community sources for the district database and analyzes the information to provide summaries that allow decisions to be made within program development and decision making;Develops and implements data tracking/reporting/analysis related to student performance on state assessments and/or regents by cohort and overall student performance, administrative reports to assist administrators, and educational program effectiveness;Assists staff with the student management system;Provides direct support of ongoing projects involving the compilation and development of program systems timelines and maintenance of data sets;Ability to summarize and aggregate information for program review/evaluation;Compile and summarize information provided by third party sources without direct guidance;Performs timely verification of information for consistency across multiple Student Data Management Systems to ensure the accuracy of the information;Collaborate on troubleshooting solutions to program systems and programmatic decisions at the request of various stakeholder groups.Minimum RequirementsPossession of an associate degree or higher and two (2) years of experience performing clerical duties in an office setting; ORGraduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma and four (4) years of full-time or its part-time equivalent professional work experience performing clerical duties in an office setting.Diverse candidates are encourage to applyNote: Vacancies are filled by a certified list provided by Washington County Civil Service.
