Donald Myers Education Center (CTE), Saratoga SpringsWork Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-2:45pmPromotes student-centered practices to improve teaching and learning and outcomes for all students;Provides tiered intervention strategies as an integral member of the CTE MTSS-I StudentSuccess Team;Consults with CTE instructors and Math and ELA teachers to incorporate culturally responsive, student-centered, instructional strategies;Supports classroom instructors to ensure fidelity of IEP & 504 modifications andaccommodations;Oversees implementation of testing accommodations and schedule;Supports classroom instructor in adapting methods, materials and technology to meet students' individual needs and abilities;Facilitates differentiation of instruction;Assists with classroom management strategies and positive behavior interventions andsupports;Evaluates and reports on students' progress at designated intervals according to the building MTSS-I process;Operates under school policies, procedures, and regulations;Participates in the development of curriculum and programs;Collaborates with school districts; including Special Education, CSE, Case Managers, and Counseling Offices;Other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:Students with Disabilities All Grades; ORSpecial Education K-12; ORStudents with Disabilities 7-12;Diverse candidates are encouraged to apply.
