The White Plains City School District is looking for a Math Teacher for its Middle/High Summer School program. Appropriate NYS certification in Math is required. Must be able to work the entire program. Program Dates: July 13, 2026-August 19, 2026, possibly August 20th for Regents grading Hours: 8:00am- 12:00pm, Monday thru Thursday Staff Meeting – July 13, 2026, 8:00 am – 12 noon QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with Secondary students, particularly students needing additional support Knowledge of instructional strategies appropriate for diverse learners Familiarity with instructional software technology including attendance and grading software Demonstrate ability and willingness to work in co-teaching model Excellent record of attendance DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement the instructional program Maintain all assessment information for students Provide conferences with parents regarding student progress Participate in all professional development, including pre-service training
