Description:

The White Plains City School District is in need of teaching assistants for a full day extended school year program for students with Autism and other developmental delays. Class ratios include 8:1:2 or 12:1:2 classrooms. Most students are alternatively assessed. Experience in this type of program is preferred. NYS certification as a Teaching Assistant (Continuing, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 or Pre-Professional) is required.Program runs July 1 - August 9, 2024 (July 4th is a holiday). Hours are 8:10 am - 2:15 pm. *** Staff Meeting – June 27, 2024, 9 am – 3 pm***
