NYS teacher certification is required for building substitute teacher positions at the elementary level within the White Plains City School District. Bilingual is preferred but not required. A building substitute teacher is a part-time position with four (4) days of guaranteed work but applicants must be available for five (5) days a week. Salary as per the White Plains Substitute Teachers contract.
