MMIII is responsible for performing maintenance, upkeep and replacement (where needed) of existing HVAC equipment, including roof top units, window units, mini splits, refrigeration, heating units and ventilation systems throughout the district in all 8 district buildings. This includes working directly with the facilities department along with the Chief Custodians and when needed with outside vendors to ensure all systems are functioning to district standards. They will also need to understand the operational controls of the BMS system and help with setting parameters to control building comfort during all 4 seasons in classrooms, offices and general areas. A Universal HVAC License is required. Also, assisting in snow response and removal is required. Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Must meet Civil Service application approval as Step 1 in the hiring process. Must have a valid Driver License and an HVAC Universal License.
