Behavior Analyst SupervisorSalary Range: 73k-85k for 12 monthsRequired:Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field 2 years related experience and/or trainingExperience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as those with co-occurring psychiatric conditions requiredPreferred:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) 2 years in a supervisory position Who we are: Wildwood School, a part of Wildwood Programs, provides a comprehensive educational program for students with autism spectrum disorders, and developmental disabilities to prepare them to be as independent as possible; Academic, social, employment, and functional skills are taught to each student as driven by their Individual Educational Plan (IEP), needs, and interests. Who we are looking for:We are looking for a Behavior Analyst Supervisor to lead the Behavior Support Team (BST) of Wildwood School and oversee the development and implementation of behavior support to students.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may beassigned.Supervises the Behavior Support Team including Behavior Analysts and/or Behavior Specialists as well as Behavior Specialist Assistants.Collaborates with the school administration including the Assistant Director of Behavioral and Therapeutic supports in creating, maintaining and updating all policies regarding behavior support for students.Ensures that all appropriate documentation regarding behavioral interventions are documented, collected, analyzed, and maintained.Maintain knowledge of current NYS Education Department behavior regulations and updated policy and procedures as required in collaboration with school administration including the Assistant Director of Behavioral and Therapeutic Supports.Reviews all Behavior Intervention Plans, and IEP documentation created by the Behavior Support Team to ensure quality and accuracy.Creates, maintains and updates training for school staff in the understanding and use of behavior analytic principles and practices, including approved approaches such as CALM. QualificationsA valid New York State Driver’s License and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required.Must have daily access to their own vehicle and drive our students when the program requires it.Required to complete, pass, and use CALM training, provided by the school, which includes deescalation strategies and approved protective holds and movements for students.
