VOORHEESVILLE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT Voorheesville Elementary School Voorheesville, New York Special Education Teacher (Long-Term Substitute) The Position Voorheesville Elementary School has a full-time long-term substitute position available for a Special Education Teacher from approximately October 24, 2024 – January 20, 2025. The Special Education Teacher’s duties will include providing individualized instruction for students with special needs in the areas of reading, writing and math in addition to providing support to classroom staff in the areas of program modifications and inclusion. QualificationsFully certified as a Special Education Teacher in New York State.Background in Literacy preferred. 3. Excellent health, work habits, and employment attendance history.4. Previous school experience preferred. 5. Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
