The position is expected to begin on September 1, 2024. The salary and benefits for this position are as stated in the current teacher contract.QualificationsCurrent New York State certification as Classroom Teacher (Grades 1-6).Experience in a public elementary school preferred.Background/coursework in Mathematics preferred.Ability to work cooperatively with staff to plan, develop, and implement assistance to students.Ability to effectively plan for and teach elementary classes throughout the building.Ability to provide supplemental instruction.Good college record and excellent referencesDedicated to teaching and to students.Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
