JOB DESCRIPTION:Performs maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and heating on all school buildings. In addition, does field maintenance and lining for sporting events and grounds work, district vehicle maintenance, snow removal and any other items as directed by the Director or Facilities.QUALIFICATIONS:Good knowledge of building trades, ability to understand and follow simple oral and written directions, thoroughness, dependability, physical condition commensurate with the duties of the position.
