Valley Stream School District 30 (Special Education K-6) VACANCY 2026-2027 SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST PROBATIONARY (Bilingual preferred) The successful candidate will provide direct and consultative psychological services to support the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of students. This position serves as a critical member of our multidisciplinary team and works in partnership with families, educators, and community agencies to ensure every student has access to a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications: Valid NYS School Psychologist certification - required School psychologist experience - required Bilingual - Spanish/Urdu - preferred Strong knowledge of NYS Part 200 regulations, RTI/MTSS, and IEP/504 Plan development Strong knowledge of Behavioral Supports / FBA’s and BIP’s Salary: At the discretion of the Superintendent of Schools, in accordance with the negotiated contract between Valley Stream District 30 and the Valley Stream Teachers Association (VSTA).
