PLEASE POST Valley Stream School District 30 (Special Education K-6) ANTICIPATED VACANCY 2026-2027 School Psychologist Probationary The successful candidate will provide direct and consultative psychological services to support the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of students. This position serves as a critical member of our multidisciplinary team and works in partnership with families, educators, and community agencies to ensure every student has access to a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: Valid NYS School Psychologist certification - required School psychologist experience - required Bilingual - Spanish/Urdu - preferred Doctorate degree - preferred Strong knowledge of NYS Part 200 regulations, RTI/MTSS, and IEP/504 Plan development Strong knowledge of Behavioral Supports / FBA’s and BIP’s Experience conducting CSE meetings preferred Salary: At the discretion of the Superintendent of Schools, in accordance with the negotiated contract between Valley Stream District 30 and the Valley Stream Teachers Association (VSTA).
