Provide instruction to primary grades and promote a classroom environment that is conducive to the intellectual, emotional, and social growth of our primary grade learners. Have clear classroom management strategies that augment lessons and promote student engagement while at the same time establishing a meaningful learning environment that pushes each student to do their best. Promote positive relationships/communication with families and caregivers and collaborate with colleagues to devise instructional goals, objectives and student learning outcomes.
