1.0 FTE Probationary AppointmentThe Union Springs Central School District is looking for a dynamic and energetic teacher for our elementary (PK-6) music program for the 2024-2025 school year. The individual selected for this position will provide general music instruction based on NYS Standards, teach students the fundamentals of music and develop student interest in the subject, use music to motivate and inspire a love of learning, hone individual talents, and provide students with exposure to a wide variety of musical repertoires. The ability to teach the recorder, support an elementary chorus program, and demonstrate strong vocal and piano skills is required. Music K-12 Certification is required. Minimum salary: $55,995. Benefits per USTA Contract.
