Position Overview Tully Elementary School is seeking a dedicated, student-centered educator to join our faculty as a Long-Term Substitute Elementary Teacher. Key Details Start Date: September 2026 End Date: Anticipated June 30, 2027 Requirements: New York State (NYS) Initial or Professional Certification in Childhood Education Certification required. Compensation: Salary and benefits are competitive and determined per the current Tully Teachers’ Association Agreement. Application Deadline: June 19, 2026 Expectations Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with NYS standards. Assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with parents/guardians. Collaborate with grade-level peers, special education staff, and administration.
