SPEECH PATHOLOGIST/THERAPIST10-Month, Full-time-time positionCertified PositionAffiliation: Teachers’ AssociationExceptional Education Department Location: T-S-T BOCES Smith School and/or Itinerant Component School Districts DUTIES: Develop and deliver all Speech and Language Therapy services as per students’ IEP’s and program requirements. Provide all progress monitoring and reporting. Provide all required documentation including paperwork for Medicaid billing. Develop and implement goals/objectives for IEP’s of K-12 students with disabilities. Serve as key member of dynamic educational team serving students in BOCES programs or services. Perform other duties as required. *Position located at the Smith School on the BOCES campus and/or Itinerant locations as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS: New York State License as Registered Speech Language Pathologist and New York State Certified Speech Therapist. START DATE: February 1, 2024 or as soon as possible SALARY: $52,000 (2023-24 full-time base salary) plus additional salary credit for graduate credits, Master’s Degree and previous experience.
