TITLE: SPEECH PATHOLOGIST/THERAPIST Certified Position10-Month, Part-time position Affiliation: Teachers’ AssociationExceptional Education Department Location: T-S-T BOCES Smith School and/orItinerant Component School DistrictsDUTIES: Develop and deliver all Speech and Language Therapy services as per students’ IEP’s andprogram requirements. Provide all progress monitoring and reporting. Provide all requireddocumentation including paperwork for Medicaid billing. Develop and implement goals/objectives forIEP’s of K-12 students with disabilities. Serve as key member of dynamic educational team servingstudents in BOCES programs or services. Perform other duties as required.*Position located at the Smith School on the BOCES campus and/or Itinerant locations as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS: New York State License as Registered Speech Language Pathologist and New YorkState Certified Speech Therapist.START DATE: February 1, 2023.SALARY: $52,000 (2023-24 full-time base salary) (Prorated to .5 FTE), plus additional salarycredit for graduate credits, Master’s Degree and previous experience.
