The Public Schools of the Tarrytowns are seeking candidates for an anticipated full-time, tenure-track position at Sleepy Hollow High School. The successful candidate will teach a NYS standards-based curriculum and be adept at teaching a wide range of classes using alternative mediums. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate proficiency with incorporating technology (specifically the Adobe Creative Suite) in both creating and teaching art, have a strong comfort with teaching film and video production, be collaborative and a team player willing to work with a range of students from diverse backgrounds and learning abilities, families, faculty and staff. The successful candidate must have previous experience working with adolescents.
