PRIMARY PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the general supervision of a licensed physician and the District Athletic Director, incumbents of this position are responsible for the care, prevention, and treatment of athletic injuries involving student-athletes who participate in various school sports programs.Assist Athletic Director for Sports Medicine in the overall management of the athletic training room operations.Provide athletic training services for practices and games for teams assigned by the Director of Athletics.Record Keeping.Student-athlete and parent training.Please see attached job description.Supervision may be required; does related work as required.SCHEDULE: This position will have a 37.5 work week plus a half-hour lunch break; there is some flexibility in the schedule, and it will be determined in conjunction with the Athletic Director. Monday – Friday with Saturdays. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in athletic training, Board Certification Athletic Trainer / NYS licensure, First Aid/CPR/AED certification, CPR Certification (Required).Salary and benefits included: $50,000 - $55,000.
