Duties DescriptionPrepare and cook a variety of foods including soups, sauces, meats, fish, vegetables, baked goods, etc. Supervise kitchen staff in the storage, preparation, cooking and dispensing of food. Clean and sanitize kitchen facilities, utensils and equipment.
