POSITION: Special Education Teacher Grades (2.0 FTE) . AVAILABLE: September 1, 2026 . DUTIES: Serve as Special Education teacher at either the Elementary or Jr./Sr. high school level; plan and provide for appropriate learning experiences for students with disabilities in a variety of educational settings. Participate in curriculum development; assume general supervisory duties as assigned by the superintendent; carry out other duties as may, from time to time, be assigned by the PK-6 Assistant Principal/CSE Chairperson , Building Principal or Superintendent. . QUALIFICATIONS: Must have appropriate certification and fingerprint/background check by NY State Education Department. . REPORTS TO: Building Administrator, PK-6 Assistant Principal/CSE Chairperson and Superintendent . WORKS WITH: Students, staff, faculty, administration, parents and community .
