ANNOUNCEMENT OF VACANCY POSITION: Special Education Teacher Grades 7-12 AVAILABLE: September 1, 2024 DUTIES: Serve as Special Education teacher at the Jr./Sr. high school level; plan and provide for appropriate learning experiences for students with disabilities in a variety of educational settings. Participate in curriculum development; assume general supervisory duties as assigned by the superintendent; carry out other duties as may, from time to time, be assigned by the Director of Curriculum and Student Services/CSE Chair, Building Principal or Superintendent.QUALIFICATIONS: Must have appropriate certification and fingerprint/background check by NY State Education Department.
