Springs School PreK-8 Assistant PrincipalSprings UFSD is a one building Pre-K through 8th grade school district located on the East End of Long Island. The school is located in the hamlet of Springs, in the Town of East Hampton. There are approximately 700 students enrolled in Pre K-8. Once students graduate from 8th grade, they attend East Hampton High School.Springs UFSD seeks a dynamic and energetic individual to fill the vacancy position of Pre K-8 Assistant Principal. Candidates must possess a strong knowledge of instruction and evaluation, technology, behavior management, data analysis and data-informed decision making.NYS certification as a School Building Leader required. It is preferred that the successful candidate should have a minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience. POSITION OBJECTIVES:To assist the principal in planning and implementing the educational programs through application of leadership, supervisory, and management skills to ensure each student’s academic and social emotional growth.
