MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: NYS Certification in Biology is required. Applicants must be appropriately certified prior to the start of employment DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Familiarity with NYS Science Learning Standards for Life Science: Biology. Knowledge of pedagogical strategies to support student learning. Previous Science teaching experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others. Knowledge of Google Classroom and instructional technology. Bilingual communication skills preferred.
