Southern Cayuga CSD is seeking a full-time 1.0 tenure track Secondary Social Studies Teacher to join our team starting in September 2023. This tenure track position will include Global I & Econ/Gov't courses. These class units of study may be found using https://www.southerncayuga.org/974GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The candidate should have:NYS Certification, Secondary Social Studies (7-12).Explicit knowledge of NYS Secondary Social Studies standards and understanding of data collection on priority standards.Effective communication skills to engage students, parents, colleagues and the school community as a whole.
