The Remsenburg-Speonk UFSD has a position available for the 2024-2025 school year for a special education teacher. The position is essentially two leave replacements. It will start in one grade level and continue until November and will then transition into another leave of absence in a 12:1:1 self-contained classroom. The position will be on step and will include benefits, in accordance with the teachers contract. The ideal candidate will have a love and passion for working with special needs learners, will collaborate well with colleagues and will be flexible.
